S90 Anti Virus Respiratory Mask :

Material Used :
Non Woven + Filter Media + Non Woven.

3 layer mask.

This Mask can be used for 5 to 7 days depending upon the end user and has to be disposed.

Test Passed :

1. Splash Resistance Test - ASTM F1862 - Result at 160 mmHg. Passed.
2. Particulate Filtration Efficiency at 0.3 microns - ASTM F2299 - Filtration percentage - 90%.
3. Bacterial Filtration Efficiency - ASTM F2101 - 99.1% filtration against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538.

Middle layer:

Filter Media with Particulate Filtration Efficiency at 0.3 microns - with 90% filteration (PFE)

Inner Layer:

Cotton Single Jersy fabric with Bio wash for skin comfort.

1 filter media can be used for 15 days depending upon the end user and then can be replaced with new filter media.

The same filter media used in S90 has been used in cloth mask, so the testing will remain same as above.
